Safety Planning in Pressure Vessel Fabrication

All of our employees exceed standard requirements for PPE and follow strict safety protocols for each of their tasks. Because we understand the value of safe fabrication of high-performing equipment, safety is factored into the design and project execution plan for fabrication of the equipment.

Ongoing Safety Support & Continuous Improvement

We have daily toolbox meetings with our production personnel that include safety topics related to the day’s work execution plan. Additionally, we have monthly meetings with all employees, as well as quarterly meetings with the Joint Health and Safety Committee to discuss leading and lagging safety statistics and ideas related to continuous improvement, among other fundamental topics.
